As soon as you arrive at Oasis Community Center, you know that you are somewhere special. Situated among trees, flowers, and a nearby creek, both the outside and inside of the farmhouse is beautifully decorated. This promotes feelings of peace and serenity. The experienced staff is welcoming and instantly makes you feel at ease. They offer numerous meetings, programs and events for families/friends impacted by addiction and substance use. I have had the privilege of attending various meetings and activities. I am thankful that this resource is located in our area and for the positive impact it is making in our community.

Oasis Community Center is so much more than just a place—it’s a serene sanctuary located in a peaceful creekside setting. From the moment you walk through the doors of the farmhouse, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and genuine care that radiates from everyone involved. This center has become a pillar of strength, especially for those who are walking the difficult path of grief and loss by offering comfort, understanding, and support. Their programs are thoughtfully designed to foster healing and connection, and the staff and volunteers consistently go above and beyond to make everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. The impact Oasis has had on our community is immeasurable. It has helped so many find hope in the midst of heartbreak and discover peace in their healing journey. We are incredibly lucky to have such a compassionate and dedicated resource in Bethlehem. Oasis Community Center is a shining light, and I am deeply grateful for the connection I have with them and the love and healing it continues to bring to so many.

Oasis provides our community with many important and effective programs. I have participated in many of these programs and have found them to be extremely beneficial. The environment at Oasis is very unique - a beautiful farmhouse with a healing, peaceful setting including nature and outdoor spaces. The staff is attentive, supportive and kind. I am so grateful to have this beautiful space that provides so much healing and self care.

I have attended numerous educational and wellness seminars located at this beautiful farmhouse. The atmosphere and uniqueness of the farmhouse is immensely peaceful, healing and is also located at a creekside setting. The staff here is exceptionally kind and affectionate and the programs are offered 7 days a week. I am so blessed to have found such a unique center following the loss of my step-son due to a heroine overdose.

Oasis community center plays a vital role in providing support for families who have a loved one suffering from addiction and the families who are grieving the loss of a child or loved one. They provide a safe space, education, wellness programs and trauma counseling. They have meetings offering support and hold community events connecting people whose lives have been impacted by addiction. Oasis is a vital part of the community and must not lose the funding necessary to continue its work in our community.

Oasis Community Center is a blessing to our community. It is truly a peaceful Oasis where you can find the compassion and understanding of the family disease of addiction. The farmhouse home is located near a quiet stream where all people are welcome.The programs and services offered are outstanding. I have personally witnessed many individuals and families who were grief stricken at the loss of a family member or friend benefit from the grief support groups - many of them led by the director, Rhonda Miller. I have also seen many people who were lifted, enlightened and energized by the wellness and support groups led by the Associate Director, Tina Thomas. The Oasis Community Center is truly unique and once you walk through the door you can just feel that you are in the right place...you have found that Oasis to help you cope with the disease of addiction. The folks at Oasis Community Center are truly stellar individuals. They, unlike many others have been there…and understand the pain and misery associated with substance abuse disorder. Once you walk inside, you are greeted with knowing smiles, hugs and a cozy warm environment. A beautiful fireplace sits in the front room. Hardwood floors and comfy furniture are throughout. Many programs are offered. Outside is a short walk down to a babbling brook. It is truly an Oasis. 💕
